The transaction went through twice with PayPal. I emailed Puregusto and got no response so I’ve filed with PayPal and so far they’ve had no response.

We completely understand how concerning it must have been to see your payment processed twice. Following our investigation, we can confirm that this was caused by an unexpected payment gateway error, which resulted in the duplicate transaction.
We have thoroughly checked our customer service records but have been unable to locate the email you mentioned. We always aim to respond promptly to every enquiry we receive, so we're sorry if your message did not reach us.
We can also confirm that the duplicate payment has now been fully refunded, and we apologise for any inconvenience and concern this issue caused.
