i was reading the reviews, luckily i didn't have the same problem like other experienced.
i ordered three times and I've received them 3 times, with such a great condition and it fitted pretty well.
And i'm still using it. They are so stylish.

Never order from this damn webside and brand. You won’t get ur product and u won’t get any information. And none will answer ur mails when you ask what is going on. They are Cheating people. And getting their money. . Order #26092

They are scammers and stole my money , i ordered before two years ago and didnt get any thing! I emailed them and direct message them and they blocked me.

Very bad last summer i ordered sunglasses and it never comes. When i ask for refund they alwasy say let me check than they never turn back to me

We've made a purchase, they misspelled the address three times! Because of this, the product never arrived to my address. We asked for a refund and they sent us a false notification. Total fraud!

So let’s start with the good: ordered the Brad frames and when they arrived they looked pretty identical to the frames as advertised. The build is good, they don’t strike me as something which will fall apart if you wear them more than once and let’s be honest, the price is pretty damn good. The not so good: You wouldn’t want to go on hunger strike while waiting for them to be delivered! It took the best part of 4 weeks to arrive, so if you’re in a hurry, forget it! And that leads on to the 2nd not good - they’re promoted as Italian, but they’re clearly delivered from HK/China (see delivery time above) so unless an Italian designed them and then sent the designs to HK to be made it’s a flat out lie. So all in all, based on ONE purchase, if you don’t mind waiting what feels like an age for a cool and ridiculously affordable set of frames you could do worse.

Very satisfied with the quality of the sunglasses, will order again soon.
you could improve your logistic - delivery time but overall received the products in about 11 days

Extremely poor service and communication. Absolutely no response from customer service.

Placed order and paid. After two weeks they send a shipment confirmation, but after additional another week the shipment does ttil not show in shippers system.

Two emails to customer service without reply.

No trust in this seller/brand

I never write reviews but I have never been so ripped off in my life! Well done on your website and social media, if only your products or integrity were as good as your marketing.
I've bought better quality sunglasses on the streets of Bangkok for $5, and my sunglass chain was absolutely nothing like the one I ordered for and more like something you'd find in a budget Christmas cracker.
Would be asking for a refund if I actually thought I'd get a response.

Fraud! Utmostly negative experience with these resellers. I didn't expect that 2 weeks after payment was done they never sent me my sunglasses, and ignored several mails and messages, so I made a chargeback, and they didn't even care. Stay away from these wanna be IG sellers

Not sure if it's the same company, but ordered a bag from MOSIEURMANGA.COM. Took ages to be delivered & when the parcel arrived from China - it was a pair of RayBan sunglasses, not the bag. Complained & told to return at my expense. Refused & then offered a 38% refund & told to give the glasses as a present. Gone back to my c/c compnay & made a c/c dispute claim. Pointless dealing with them any further. AVOID at ALL COSTS - MOSIEURMANGA.COM

I ordered 2 sunglasses back in May and only received them now in July. The best part when you unwrap the package and find that the sunglasses are wrapped in a bubble wrap. The quality is beyond bad and they're very bulky and bent. Basically they are un-wearable. Save your money plus i wont even bother with taking this up with them because they have been deleting my instagram comments.

Hi, I´m from Mexico and I ordered a pair of sunglasses and it took 1 month and a half to be with me. It is true that they are not from italy, they come from Asia but the quality is fine for the price. They give you the tracking code like 2 or 3 weeks after you pay for them, and then you have to wait a lot. In simple words if you are getting something from Punkmounsieur I would recommend you to look somewhere else because they took a long time.
