The company is childish misleadings you creates more problems to your health then it's worth it thinks apologise is acceptable corruption is within this company and they discrimination against people who have a known disabilitie the company don't care and trust pilot reply even by them is a disgrace and disgusting response to where their not willing to improve

To clarify, your initial call related to receiving a renewal invitation that you did not wish to proceed with. During your call, our agent initially provided incorrect information regarding the renewal status but corrected this within the same conversation. The auto-renewal was then cancelled immediately as per your request, and no payment was taken.
We understand that you have since made a complaint around the agents mistake when discussing your renewal status and you have requested financial compensation; however, as the matter was resolved within the same conversation and was an honest mistake, we have not identified any financial or material loss that would warrant compensation.
We also recognise that you have a known disability, and we believe we took appropriate steps to accommodate your needs throughout your interactions with us. We are sorry if you feel this was not your experience.
Your concerns have been formally reviewed, and a final response has been issued. If you remain unhappy with this outcome, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an independent assessment.

Been with puffin a couple of years. 1st year we have had to claim on pet insurance. Renewal quote has come in and it has gone up by 250%. I telephoned and was told they could not alter the quote of Renewal but could change to a lower level policy which wasn't worth it.i then got given an email to complain to. Poor customer services. I expected it to go up but not over £1000 for the year and my pet has had operation to remove the issue so will not be claiming for the same issue. Not good I have received other quotes for other companies and less than half the price with more cover.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the price of your renewal premium. As veterinary care continues to improve, vets are able to offer more advanced treatments than ever before. These treatments often come at a higher cost, which can impact insurance premiums.
Your pet is also one year older. Like people, pets can face increased health risks as they age, which may raise the cost of cover. In addition, as you’ve made claims on your policy, this can also contribute to a higher premium, as is common across most types of insurance.
We appreciate that this increase may feel significant and understand your concerns. The premium is based on these combined factors, which are reviewed at each renewal.
