Great service for an urgent tyre change after a puncture when setting off to the airport - Steve was very helpful and the team had everything done very quickly so we got to the airport in time!

There was a confusion as to the …

There was a confusion as to the discount. Once pointed out Protyre gave a refund. No fuss. I’ve used them for years. Always top service and helpful staff. It was a relief to me that the ‘problem’ was resolved quickly.

Had one car done went next day to have…

Had one car done went next day to have other car done but both machines had broken
Both cars where booked now have to go back Friday the 5th

I bought a Groupon voucher for an air…

I bought a Groupon voucher for an air conditioning regas and pollen filter replacement. After booking, I had to wait over a week for my appointment. Then, on the day of the appointment,3 hours before I received a call telling me it had been cancelled.

What disappointed me most was the attitude when booking. It felt like they were treating voucher customers differently, as if they were doing me a favour because I had a Groupon voucher instead of treating me like a normal paying customer.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service and a waste of time. I wouldn't use this service again.
