Staff very welcoming and honest. I asked them to check all 4 tyres and they confirmed only one required a replacement. A good selection of tyres available at reasonable prices.

Disappointed
I booked a 9.30 slot to have two tyres fitted. I arrived about ten minutes before, to be told that there were several people in the queue ahead of me. I was asked whether I was busy and could come back - or I could wait and it might be about 12.00 before I could be seen. There was no apology; no recognition that I had booked a time and had arranged my day round it.
I ended up going back at 3 and my tyres were fitted.
I’m so disappointed. I’ve had good service before but based on this latest experience, would not choose to use my local Pro-tyre again.

Average, nothing outstanding, nothing seriously bad. Price similar to other local garages everything considered. Booking on line has technology issues, had to phone to get what I wanted which should not have been an issue.
One of two local garages I would use when needed, neither are perfect so a satisfactory 3 stars for either of them.
