Excellent service
Never had any problems. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I get my car regularly serviced and get my MOT done in Billingham. If I have any queries they will always help.

Tyre replacement
Took my car into the Billingham garage as it had a slow puncture, I was asked if I could leave it for a while as they were busy so I did. I got a call a short while later telling me that unfortunately they were unable to repair it as there was a nail embedded in the tyre. They gave me two price options for tyres and I picked it up half an hour later. Great service and convenient for me.

They know what they are doing but are always so busy that the service is a bit slow. But I guess that shows his many people use them.

Annual MOT and Service
Car went in for it's annual MOT and service at Billingham Protyre as it has done for the last 6yrs. Manager and staff are great. They're always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to Ryan and his staff.
