Avoid disappointment and go to Arco
A recent failure of some expensive safety equipement was NOT resolved - they simply ignored me. With no response to emails or a pre-action letter, I had no choice but to initiate County Court action. Judgement has been entered against PWS.
Have previously had many years of business with this company with no issues. However, they have recently gone internet based and have ditched their trade counter - and also, it would seem, their customer support.
