Phone was OK but the battery runs out at 30%. Going to take it I to.orrow as they say I have a 3 year warranty wich includes fitting fitting a new battery. Will see what happens

I ordered two 6th generation iPad…
I ordered two 6th generation iPad covers on the 12th of August and I never received them. I was told by the post office the package was damaged and they couldn’t find my address and were returned to imobile. After contacting imobile they said they would send them again .I am still waiting for a refund or the IPad covers .No response from customer service email.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I went in to the shop on a Sunday in a panic and the guys assured me I would be able to get a repair. It only took half an hour for the problem to be fixed. I dealt with sheraz and jesso they were both so polite and super professional. I would definitely recommend.

SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE!! If could put no stars I would. I ordered a pair of earbuds. When they arrived one was not working at all. I emailed 4 times tono replies. I found a phone number and was told that I needed to post them back at my expense despite the fact that were broken! It cost me £5.39 to post. I heard nothing, despite the fact that I know they had received them at Imobile. I telephoned numerous times and demanded a FULL refund. It never came!!! Nothing but a SCAM COMPANY!!!
