Wife and I came in on 7th October because I needed a new phone, the service we received was outstanding, ended up with a Samsung A15 5G, the shop was well stocked, if you are looking for a new phone or accessories, I highly recommend this store.

Absolutely amazing service! I went there in a panic and Eng Abdulwasi was a life saver. He really came through for me especially after being told elsewhere the problem couldn't be fixed and only available option was to rest and lose all my data. Guildford Store
I dropped an ipad in to be fixed and was told that I would be phoned as soon as the problem was analysed. I heard nothing for 2 days, tried phoning a number that I had been given and multiple other numbers on the web site. After 6 days of trying I did manage to speak to a person who said he would investigate and call me back within 30 minutes. This didn't happen. I made a special journey into Guildford a week later. The ipad was not fixed. Said that they had tried and were waiting for another part.
When I asked about the breakdown in communication , they just said sorry.
I collected the ipad and left.
Total waste of time and energy. Bad communication and a don't care attitude. AVOID especially if you need your device for work etc.

After getting quoted high prices for my iPhone 11 pro max screen on the high street, I walked into iMobile Guildford and H helped me fix my screen with the best price. The service was professional, quick and warmly. I totally recommend this store if you want best price and service.

While getting off the train in Guildford, I cracked my iphone 14 pro max screen. Since it’s a new model the stores on the high street were quoting me with exorbitant prices. I walked into iMobile Guildford seeing their 5 star rating on Google and spoke with H. He was so honest and polite and gave me the best price for my screen and also fixed it in 25 mins. Excellent customer service and efficiency on point. Recommend this store for repairs & accessories.

Went in to get my mobile screen replaced, did a cracking (no pun intended!) job, good price, and really great guys. Thank you so much, I've been walking around with a cracked screen for a year and thinking I should get it done but I was wary of who to give it to and the cost, but I had nothing to worry about here 🙏🙂

Came in for a repair my iphone 12 pro max cracked screen, Mr Hassan dealt with me so efficiently and kindly within 30 mins my screen was fixed and also offered a free glass protector. I recommend everyone for accessories, repairs and vapes.

I had an issue with my battery and they have fixed it very quick and went over and beyond what any other company would do after I came back for more help with my phone. Always very kind, offering me a seat and water while I was waiting for my phone to be repaired.
