I have order XL work trousers which is bit tight , work trousers should be little loose so you can work comfortably specially if you are a paramedic

Be aware.. if you get embroidered clothing and you’re not happy with it because the quality is poor, incorrect stitching, there’s stain marks on the physical item and the clothing item is of sub standard quality. You cannot return for any refund. Nor will their customer service help at all. Completely ignored. Terrible service all round. You’d be better off buying the clothing item personally and having it checked and embroidered manually and locally by someone!

Ordered size considering size guide info. I upped to XL, but they were smaller than my current L polo shirts. Easy to return, made another order, first order credited, 2XL shirts arrived, all happy.

Returned items and courier Royal Mail mixed items up. The company sent the wrong item which they received back to me which is good. However as I placed the return with Pronto and I had nothing to do with the couriers mistake I feel I should have been given a refund. The other company which received pronto's item is not sending it back to me. Now I am without my refund. The only thing they can say is make complaint with Royal Mail. Isnt that the companys job as it is there choice of courier.

Had a problem with my last order, but was dealt with immediatley.

Good company and great product. I use the nytrlile gloves for gardening. They’re so much better than any gardening gloves on offer because you can feel exactly what you’re planting without getting compost in your nails. Good price too.

I ordered two Powershell Bodywarmers, which did arrive promptly, but far from being the advertised 3XL in size they were more like L !!

I have no problems with M&S, Cotton Traders, Jacamo and Buttonfresh, where 3XL means 3XL. Pronto have got no idea!!

I filled their online return form - but it would not accept my order number, saying it didn't exist.
I have emailed. If there is no satisfactory reply the next stop is Citizens' Advice.

Would leave zero stars but that's not an option.
Ordered hard hats from here as it had the best price with next-day shipping. Hard hats have an expiry date due to the plastic materials. When my order arrived, I saw the manufacture date was 1.5 years old, meaning I only had a limited time to use them. Their customer service was not willing to offer any kind of discount, despite half their lifespan already being gone. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Pronto Direct charge £18 for shipping to Northern Ireland. It was a fleece, a very light fleece. Ridiculous amount. Do Not buy from them if you are in Northern Ireland.

Can't fault the product which I've bought before but for anyone who uses this company my advice would be don't pay the extra for the royal mail 24 hour delivery service. In my case it hasn't been delivered yet. It's 13th February 2026. I made my order on the evening of the 10th not expecting it to picked until the following day given the time I actually made the order.

I received an email on the afternoon of the 11th saying that my order had been despatched and after selecting the 24 hour delivery option not unreasonably expected the package to be delivered the next day. It wasn't!

As I write this after checking the items location with Royal Mail Tracking I find it is still in transit and the earliest it will arrive will be tomorrow 14th February which will be 3 days after I was told it had been despatched. I would have been better off using the standard service and saving myself a few pounds. The thing that irritates me is when companies promise a service that they can't guarantee. It's the small irritations like this that make me seek other suppliers.
