I've been buying from Prolighting for a few years now, and this company is by far the best for commercial lighting. They carry all the top-quality brands and are always super helpful when I place orders. I just started a project this week that required a large number of recessed lights, and everything arrived perfectly and on time, as always. Thanks, Prolighting!

I don't understand how this place can have a rating of so many stars.

This place has terrible customer support. I was waiting for a couple of days for an email with a reply. As for my last email, I've actually never got a response.

I placed an order for an item in stock (lead time) according to the prolighting website, tho I was waiting for three weeks before it was shipped.

The restock fee is a ripoff! I purchase the wrong position light bulb due to a confusing description on the website. I realized my mistake when I got the package. I actually never opened the bulb box. At this point, I need to pay for a delivery, which is ok, I guess, and 25% restock fee! It's not worth sending it back because the refund goes towards $0.

I will never order anything from this place again and will not recommend this place to my friends.

Have purchased from them numerous times. This company is the best for commercial and residential LED lighting needs. Wide range of quality products and extremely responsive via chat and email if I ever need help with anything. They even custom ordered some bulbs for me that I couldn't find elsewhere. Great experience and fair prices, excellent overall experience.

I am finishing the inside of a new home workshop and had an idea of what kind of lights I wanted. Customer service at ProLighting patiently answered my questions and contacted manufacturers to get the info I needed to make a decision as to which lights would be appropriate. When I was ready to order I found a lower price on another website but I wanted to order from ProLighting and they offered me an even lower price. Due to supply problems (Chinese flu) there was a delay from the manufacturer but ProLighting kept me informed and I got my lights without too much delay.

Products were incorrectly identified in the catalog, as in strip lights that did not attach to each other for form a strip. Shipping is high and long. Customer service did not make the bad order right.

ProLighting was the ONLY company that supplied the emergency lights that I needed. It was shipped timely as promised. 3 P customer service - Professional, Polite, Patient.

Purchases ten LED step lights because they were supposed to last pretty much forever. Five out of ten stopped working within two years. Managed to get all but three working by switching out bad transformers and bad LEDs. Found out that warranty was essentially useless. Repair kits cost $65 each. Buy your lighting somewhere else.

Great product and price. Shipment was done with errors that prevented pickup for two days. Great work by Customer Support to resolve.

GREAT service, GREAT pricing, FAST delivery

Prolighting is an actual company, and not just a web site like some of the other lighting sites that pop up.
Before placing our order, I did my due diligence bc I had a bad experience with another "company", which had no customer support and no reliable, timely shipping service.
It turned out to be not much more than a web site.
I guess that is buyer beware.

Prolighting has a staff that responds when you call, and responded to emails when we had questions.
Shipments were fast and correct.
This is a registered company, with a long history of verified customer success.

I have ordered from this company for many different jobs and they always ship fast and exactly what I ordered which has made my business efficient with a highly rated customer satisfaction base. Good products with good prices.

Ordered replacement light that was exact match

Crazy that this day and age of Amazon Prolighting charges a 10% restocking fee. I ordered wrong size lights and sent them back with box not even opened. Cost me $32 to send box back and then another $62 in restocking. Save time and money and order from Amazon!

The ProLighting device was very easy to install and was delivered to my home very quickly after placing the order online.

This was my first purchase with Prolighting.com and i was very happy with the product and speed of shipment. The support I got was very good as well. They helped me decide what I would need for my application and after getting the lights up they worked out great. I recommended prolighting to a couple friends in the market for lighting. I look forward to my next lighting project.

Fast shipping. Great product

The emergency light shipped fast. It works great. The instructions are not the best, it should be better drawn to make it easier to understand what wires to connect for the battery.
