Prompt delivery service although the monitor arrived with the wrong power cord.

Mir wurde das Geld für eine Beamerbestellung nicht vollständig zurückerstattet. Visunext behält eigenmächtig 41 Euro ein. Ein Acer V6520 wurde in einwandfreiem Zustand entsprechend Fernabsatzgesetz innerhalb von 14 Tagen per DHL zurückgeschickt. Visunext verspricht zwar ein Retourenlabel, hält sich aber nicht daran. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten. Der Acer war einfach nicht gut. Ich behalte das Ding doch nicht und bin unzufrieden damit, weil Visunext nicht gern Geräte zurücknimmt. Begründung war, der Beamer habe 5h Laufzeit. Er wurde nur getestet, aber selbst wenn das stimmen würde, hat der Händler kein Recht dazu. Eine neue Lampe kostet 130 Euro und das macht bei 3500h Laufzeit 0,19 Euro. Visunext möchte gern den Händler-Lieblingskunden, der bestellt, zahlt und anschließend eine Lobrezension veröffentlicht. Kann man im Netz nachprüfen. Ich bin ein fairer Kunde, aber das geht mir zu weit!

I bought a Sony projector from Visunext because the price was very competitive - the best I could find. I'm cautious about on-line purchases, especially when the price is low, but I need not have worried when dealing with Visunext. Communication and payment was easy and delivery was very fast. When I had a self-induced problem with the equipment I contacted them: the service I got was prompt and completely satisfactory. My whole experience of dealing with Visunext has been without fault. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Excellent service. I made contact with Adrian Stober asking for advice on getting a new projector, as my old one has stopped working and i have no idea how this all works. Adrian walked me through how to measure distances, screen size the lot. He suggested what projector would fit, with best quality picture etc. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Good web site, easy to order, good price. My order was delivered as expected, with delivery tracking. Arrived in good condition and works well.

Contacted the projector shop halfway through a project of installation on brand new projector system, with all hard points in place speaker in ceiling (wrong) projector procured and installed, projector screen in place, and also motorised projector lift in place with limitations on size of projector and weight. Shane Richie advice and help in procuring the correct replacement projector to use due to the hard point constraints that we had created (projector lift 6.5 meters away from the screen)
We have never come across any shop or expert advice that has been so helpful and for that matter cost effective
wish you could see end results, what a TOP man, top shop, fantastic doing business with them, thank you very very much

I purchased an Optoma UHD51 from Projector24 and it arrived DOA. This was a major problem as I had a large family gathering coming to my home to watch both my Daughters Wedding videos some 48 hours later.
I called Shaun Wilkinson and explained my situation and he ordered a replacement unit to be shipped priority and as good as his promise, it arrived 3 hours before my guests arrived.
I had found it difficult to choose which seller to make my purchase with as the prices were all within a few pounds of each other and I strongly recommend that everyone consider their great technical advice on offer to help you choose the best PJ to suit your environment. The after sales service and returns policy provided by PJ24 should also be a major factor in your final choice.

Projectorshop24 just contacted me about review I have made but they have used my telephone number from their records I believe that is unprofessional and unethical
I will repeat they failed to behave as a retailer they wanted me to contact the manufacturer to deal with a fault in the projector I purchased through them my contract is with them because I paid them my money that's the law.

I purchased a projector screen paid £23 postage and didn't receive it for 3 weeks despite the website saying it would be delivered in a few days!
No one from the company had the decency to inform me of the delay I tried on numerous occasions to get hold of someone on the phone.... no answer so left messages and still no one called back! I eventually got through and the guy that answered the phone couldn't of cared less about my issue! He said it was due to delays in Germany and that was it! I asked why I had not been informed of the delays to which he said he had been calling some customers so obviously there are probably many more disgruntled ex customers about. I am still waiting on a manager to call me he was out of the country at the time I was told as I would of thought I was due at least a refund on the expensive first class postage that took 3 weeks!! Stay clear folks this lot can't be trusted to deliver when they say they will go else where like I do for my equipment.

Product arrived damaged but this was the fault of UPS not PS24 so I returned it hassle free and refund processed smoothly.

Bought a Benq W1070+ from this company. Good price but would warn of the following:
1. This was a present for a friend's 50th birthday. It arrived unpackaged, with the address label stuck across the top and the only way to remove it was to pull away some of the original box itself, which left it looking terrible. I managed to make it look moreorless acceptable but it wasn't a great start.
2. Unfortunately, and I accept this was an unusual circumstance, the intended recipient decided that this present wasn't for them. I bought it in October 2016 and discovered this in January 2017. This was outside the normal returns period but I asked if they could make an acceptation. I was told that they couldn't since they no longer sell this product and it would involve too much 'work' to resist it. Sure, they are completely within their rights to do this but, for all that they emphasise friendly customer service, don't expect them to go out of their way to help you if your needs fall even slightly outside what suits them!

I have edited this review, as i feel the situation didn't deserve the review i gave it previously, the company are sorting the refund and that is great. Just a small mistake on there part but the customer service has been very good and prompt.

Bought a Philips Screeneo 2 from this e-shop, only to receive a defective piece. I first tried contacting the customer services via phone and email and got a response via email that I'll need to ship it to Germany from UK. After telling them that i dont want to take the cost of shipping, they agreed to provide a prepaid return slip for UPS. Had a super bad experience then with UPS to finally have it picked up from home after a week's delay.
The request was for a refund, and not for repair and I got 2 emails from the customer services - one stating it is awaiting repair, and the other stating refund has been made. On asking if I should ignore the awaiting repair email, this is the response I get:

Great service - phone answered promptly, spoke to a friendly, intelligent guy who advised me against what I was looking at in favour of something more suiting my needs. Gave me a good price. Product arrived on the day it was meant to. Incredibly easy to set up (I got the Celexon screen Mobile Professional Plus). Presentation day is tomorrow, happy customer!

I received excellent advice on which projector to buy, based on my budget and requirements. The projector arrived two days later, and is first class. I will definitely make this supplier my first port of call in future.
