Excellent advice on which projector to buy, which arrived on time from Germany. Great product at a great price. Superb after-sales advice, particularly from Shaun, on the best product use and prompt response to the many emails I sent him. Well done!

My projector became faulty after 13mths, but ProjectorShop24 arranged for it to be repaired under warranty in Germany. They arranged UPS pick up and delivery and provided me with prompt responses to my progress queries during the repair period.
I cannot fault the Customer Care, especially Shane Riches, who has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole repair period.
It's good to see a company look after there customers after the product has walked out there door at the Sales point.
I would not hesitate to recommend PS24 again for both sales and after sales service.

The ordering and delivery process was easy and efficient - I was even able to track the order from the store (in Germany) to the door! Projectorshop24 gave me welcome advice on the product I should buy, and I'm glad I took their advice. I know there have been advances in technology in recent years, but this projector really is flexible - big difference between max & min throw, and massive keystone correction.

Goods arrived on time, well packed and exactly as described. Good value too.

Item arrived very promptly, it was exactly as ordered, a genuine Sony Lamp and at an unbeatable price. It was great to do business with an honest firm and not get ripped off with a fake, I went through 3 fakes from another supposedly reputable supplier before they gave me my money back and Projector24 was still £50 cheaper.

Very happy with the service. Placed the order quite easily and it was delivered reasonably promptly. Also the product was good value for money. It's just a shame that there's a charge for credit card use and delivery. Still a very good service overall.

Received my projector quickly. It was the best price I could find. The information given about the projector was informative and comprehensive.

I contacted the website via emails and asked a number of questions and they where very patient and helpful even before i finally made my purchase a number of weeks later.. (excellent service)... I was pleasantly surprised at their low prices and once i made my purchase the products arrived on time and nothing was missing or damaged. Its possibly the best purchase I have ever made and I would highly recommend Projectorshop24 to anyone!! I am truly very happy with the purchase and the service provided as I had to send back the screen and exchange it for another which was dealt with with no issues and fast service. I would only advise people to not make the same mistake I made with the screen as the "housing" measurements on the website do not include the length of the brackets!!...which is why I had to send back my 1st screen. Overall, EXCELLENT!!

I bought a projection screen. Buying such an item sight unseen I considered to be a gamble, the quality is unknown.

Needn't have worried. The quality is the best I have ever bought and delivery unbeatable. Nice one.

On the basis of my first dealing with Projectorshop24 I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to any one. The purchase was pretty good too but thats another matter.

Reasonable prices and prompt delivery

Very good service all round. I ordered a selection of goods which I needed in quick time. One of the items was not available and through the messaging service an assistant suggested an alternative which proved to be equally as good quality and cheaper ! The products arrived well within the agreed timeframe and have proven to be items which more than meet my expextations.

Item arrived reasonably quickly despite coming from Germany rather than UK as expected.
