I've been using ProGas for years now and always found them great to work with. They're flexible, pathient, and engaging with each installation of radiator (we've had ~6 radiators installed by their team).

the booking was for 11th dec
the booking was for 11th dec. from 13;00 to 17;00 and the engineer turned up at 09;00 am so we had to cancel other activities.
the so called Service apparently does not include cleaning thoroughly the Heat Exchanger and Convector Channels ..
There was a faulty valve in the expansion tank which was not replaced...because the engineer Donald ---Nice man did not have one.
After the so called Service...the pressure has dropped drastically and suddenly and there is no hot water,,,nor heating,

Hi Gustavo, thank you for your feedback. I did email you regarding this earlier. The booking was for 9-1pm, we did send a confirmation SMS of this in November.
As stated in the email, the expansion vessel was re-pressurized and noted that it may fail and need replacing. A quote was sent for this work. We cannot carry every part for every boiler on our vans.

Annual check by Progas heating services
Progas heating services originally installed my combi boiler and under the guidance of progas that it should be annually serviced. The team are professional in their craft clean and polite and reasonably priced. They are my go to service and cannot promote them enough.

I needed a gas boiler serviced, a radiator swapped out and an electric oven installed. very straight forward communication with Derek beforehand and brilliant and fast execution of the various tasks. Thank you Progas. Highly recommended.

It was good to see the same engineer from last year. He has a good understanding of the boiler in my home. I have one of those digital heating systems which needs to be programmed, so it was good to see the same engineer. Also the office staff always get back to you with an update
