We have had some post installation problems with the boiler including a leak on the worktop. The repairs were carried out and we were happy with the service but after the two year guarantee expired and more repairs were needed we felt we were charged more than we expected for the work on a boiler less than three years old.

Had a boiler breakdown on a Friday night, Grant arrived Saturday morning and identified the issue. Parts were difficult to find so we were looking at 5 days without hot water but Grant went out of his way to find the parts and we were back up and running on the 3rd day which was a massive relief! Cost was as quoted, work was done quickly and the area left clean and tidy. Honestly, can't recommend ProGas enough! (They also fitted a boiler for me a few years ago and that was a great experience too!)
