Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and very happy to help.

The shop assistant new the differences between the steel knife kitchen sets even though I knew beforehand. Good to hear.

The staff are fantastic

Bought 4 soup spoons for £10. Excellent in itself. Paid for them and was told that the spoons have a 25 year warranty. Not much else to say -excellent!!

Found what we wanted and were served by a smiley lady.

Great shop for kitchen items. The assistant was very helpful knew a lot about the product I was interested in and wasn’t pushy and very professional.

Good quality nice shop pleasant staff worth a vist good selection

Had a Asus8 knife for 4 years it got a small crack on the shoulder, returned to Designer Outlet York as was an online order, very helpful from the staff found my invoice on the system and offered a replacement Asus10 knife

Really helpful staff in York. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Purchased 2 mills for salt and pepper, tried everything to get labels off but still left a residue on the metal.., can’t use a scourer as would scratch and even tried WD40!! Main moan is that they ask you for an email address for the receipt and then bombard you with emails..

Used today and wow cut through meat with no issues, recommend, brilliant

Very pleased with the product and service received by staff members at York McArthur Glen.
Very helpful and pleasant the assistants even found me a chair to sit on in the store due to mobility issues.

A great store with lovely helpful staff. I bought a cutlery set which was half price in the sale . I’m really happy with my purchase especially the price

The lady serving us was friendly and knew what she was talking about.
