Lovely trip to Truro
The staff member that served us was very knowledgeable and extreemly helpful. She made the experience really enjoyable. We were not rushed and felt very looked after. Thank you

Popped in for a look around.
We popped into ProCook at Truro for a look around.
We brought some very cheap place mats.
We had a question about a product and started talking to the Manageress.
She was so helpful and informative and went above and beyond in helping us.
The other members of Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Good Experience in ProCook
Really good experience in ProCook. The staff were friendly and helpful giving advice and options on the item I wanted to buy. I needed some new kitchen knives and am very happy with them.

The customer service agent in the store was professional polite and helpful. She did not over sell me something that did not suit my needs. She was wonderful.

Fab shop for those who cook and those who eat!
ProCook has a great range of food/cooking inspired equipment at reasonable prices. The shop was laid out well, everything was easy to find and the shop assistant was lovely, very friendly and helpful.
