We decided to update some of our kitchen ware, and chose items from your shop in Trentham. The two assistants were very helpful and polite, really good service without being too intrusive
The item had sold out, but kindly offered us the display model, cleaned it, boxed it, and the sales person was very polite.

A great experience at Trentham.
I went to Pro Cook to purchase a hand blender.The assistant was really helpful he informed me the tools that went with the blender were on offer so bought those also..Adyen was friendly, smiley and chatty..Which tends to be a rarity these days..Thank-you Adyen😀

Always good quality products from Pro Cook. Staff very helpful when needed, definitely not pushy.
I bought a glass medium size roasting dish and a chopping board. Very good prices and quality. Well wrapped by the young lady on the till too
