Would have been 5 stars but we felt the staff were off putting and no so helpful.

Brought a long brush to clean behind the radiators at my house.
The service was almost dismissive, could be because I had a few qns -it was becoming busy, could be other reasons due to my race
Who knows???

Brought the brush home .. barely used it for half a radiator before the handle separated from the brush

It was £8 and so wasn’t cheap but won’t be travelling all that way from Nottingham just to get a replacement and also being treated the way I was

We bought a ProCook Professional frying pan from the local store and it was a pleasurable experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pan is excellent quality. We would certainly recommend.

I find the service quick and excellent and the quality of your goods are excellent. If ever I need cutlery or pans etc I always buy with Pro-cook.

Friendly assistant and excellent product.

The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful and helped guide us to the best product for our uses.

Trotted into the Procook shop just for a look around. Remembered we needed a new frying pan. Found a very cheerful and knowledgable assistant. Had a jolly chat about the various types of frying pan. Left the shop with a new pan, which is just as good as the lady said it would be! And they all lived happily ever after.

Very helpful and good advice and the frying pans and wok are a pleasure to use.

I went to a store in a garden centre to buy some microwave cookware.
It was in stock but the sales assistant didn't seem to have detailed knowledge of the goods.
I bought several items. Haven't used them all yet but the egg poachers are pretty useless. Despite piercing the egg yolks, the eggs explode every time. Have tried lowering the cooking temperature as well but same result.
