Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Staff were knowledgeable about the products and took time to explain the differences across the range that we were interested in. They also asked about our cooking style and recommended products to suit.
At no time was it felt to be a pushy sales patter.

Pro cook is a staple in my kitchen
I always go to pro cook for my kitchen supplies, the staff are always friendly and offer advice when choosing between products and the products are always good quality

Pro Cook products are great quality
Pro Cook products are of great quality. I've just been to our local store to purchase some new knives to replace previous bought 25years ago😀. We still use non stick saucepans after 20 years. I'm sure products I've bought today will last equally long. Storage, kitchen equipment and smaller items great quality. I never shop anywhere else

Defective kettle
The kettle I bought was defective as the water level gauge has permanent condensation in it. When I brought it into a store I was told the kettle was absolutely fine and that there was nothing wrong with it. It was obviously not and when I explained this was a design fault and no kettle I have ever had or anyone else ever expects should have condensation in the water level gauge I was shut down and no refund or alternative was offered. I left the useless defective thing in the shop and will never shop at ProCook again.

Excellent all round.
A lovely shop just to walk round and admire the quality of the goods. A very nice and helpful lady directed me to what I wanted, which is of the same high standard as everything else I've bought here.
