The service in-store was excellent. The shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful with making my choice. My wok is superb - very good quality and not too heavy.

Straightforward and productive
We went in to buy one thing, found it easily and bought it (at a reasonable price). In the process our eye was caught by something else and we bought that as well.

Excellent follow up customer service
Having bought a large crockery set 4 months ago , we noticed about 8 items that were chipped, located the receipt and returned them to Heighley Gate branch of procook not really sure what they’d say- and all items were exchanged for new ones without any issue at all. Very impressed

Love this shop for the quality and range of kitchenware. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and even make my little toy poodle welcome.
