The store was well stocked, plenty of choices. It was our first time visiting the store and already looking forwards to going back. We were disappointed to get our local Lakeland closed but the ProCook we visited was even better !

Good range of products and a very helpful sales lady

Wanted to buy some knives and spoke to the young lad behind the till for help. Was completely surprised bu hes knowledge on the subject and went throough the different price points and quality of the products. No hard sell just very informative and help.
Top marks will definately buy from this shop again.

Wanted to buy a new pan to go with my elite tri-ply uncoated set . Was advised to purchase and alternate forged pan due to the superior coating, all instructions followed regards washing and pre first use care , when used for first time coating has started to come off !

Now an additional 4 hour round trip to return and replace required

They had exactly what I wanted. The shop is set out well and the staff helpful.

Store is always fun to go in to as its very tidy and clean and feels very premium. The service from all staff was incredibly helpful also, they approached us when they noticed we needed help and answered our questions. Then at the till they checked if there were items in stock in the back for us and informed us of all the promotional offers. Really nice shopping experience

Poped into the pro cook shop at lakeside, they were very friendly and helpful, found the price reasonable they had a wide range of stainless steel cook ware, I’m very happy with the wok I chose very good quality will definitely return for more cookware.

The member of staff who I spoke to was really helpful and explained the differences between the 2 items I was looking at which helped me to make an informed decision.

Great products. Lovely store. Products are a bit on the pricey side however quality is top notch.
