Quality goods great service
I found the shop well stocked and everything was of decent quality which is a thing of the past nowadays . The service was awesome. They were friendly helpful courteous. Definitely somewhere I would shop again and again

Great granite pan
I bought from ProCook before. The granite pan is very good quality and when cooking requires very little oil .

Warped stainless steel baking trays
Bought stainless steel baking trays, supposed to be anti warp and oven proof to 260°. At 200° warped well over 1 inch, worse than much cheaper oven trays, avoid. It's 30min drive to return not worth the effort.

Lovely quality items
Lovely quality items. Dropped one star because they stopped doing the sets of the really nice dinner service and instead focused on the basic sets.

Issue resolved, no fuss. Great customer service.
Had a slight issue with one of my knives. Took it instore and they exchanged it out for me. They even went to the effort to try and find as close match of handle grain as they could. Very impressed.
