The lady in ProCook at The Fort in Glasgow was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me choose a set of kitchen knives. I bought the Professional X50 Contour Knives and a smoked glass wooden block and am delighted with them.

First time visit
First time visit to the store. The sales assistant was very friendly and chatty but left us alone to browse the products at our leisure. Although we didn't go in for anything specific we did make a purchase. Good selection of items available and store was clean and well stocked.
