I would say it was the best experience ever I love going into this shop,even the staff are so welcoming,sometimes I go in just to have a wee look as am in pain but the staff still go out there way to be polite am going in for your back Friday sale today to see your bargains so thankyou

Good Quality products/Great Customer Experience
I purchased cutlery as a gift in the Glasgow Fort Pro Cook shop. Really pleased that I received a 10% discount,and the quality of the cutlery was exceptional.
I should also mention that the staff in the shop couldn’t do enough for me, and nothing was too much bother, the staff advised me of the various options
and products available.

Amazing knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and extremely helpful. Any questions answered without having to go and find someone else who knows. The products I bought are brilliant and the guarantee is amazing too.

Friendly and helpful staff
I chose my purchased item and the staff were very friendly. I did not need assistance but there were other customers in the store being helped and I could hear the staff advising them.

Great choice and quality
Great choice and quality, it's expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The shop is so well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there.

Won't be buying g anything from Procook again!
