You don't play that horrid whining music that so many shops play. The display throughout was tempting and enabled me a brain snaphot to remember where to buy lasting solid quality kitchen items that look the part.

I had phoned up Pro Cook to check the item was in stock, Angela confirmed it was & popped out aside for me. On arrival she was extremely friendly exploding about the two year warranty. Such a great shop with super staff!

Helpful support when needing to make a return.
I had to return an item, something that worried me because I'm not a complainer. No need to be concerned or indeed complain. I simply explained the problem and was immediately offered a replacement. This was delivered to my home next day. Very helpful staff and fast and efficient service. Thankyou.
