Sales assistant was very helpful and items bought. Very satisfied.

From my terrible description of what I needed, the staff totally understood what I was alluding too in the shop. They found it immediately. To make my experience even more pleasurable, I was informed that there was an additional discount on the product. Fantastic!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received brilliant service and the staff member had an amazing knowledge of pans so we could choose the best pans for our needs.. Highly recommended.

Shopping and in ProCook is easy, and I love browsing. The shelving is set out so you can see products clearly too.

I bought a set of pans and baking / roasting trays - all excellent quality and wash well

Sharon was really helpful whilst we we choosing our new crockery. We needed more plates than she had in stock but when the new stock came in a few days later, she had put the items on one side for us to collect. The shop was beautifully laid out and we will definitely call there next time we need something for the kitchen. Thank you. Karen

This lady sold us s set of knives, she was so knowledgeable about keeping them sharp, not putting in dishwasher!
Showed us a demonstration on fruit!
Wasnt gonna to bother as these were made in China not Uk, but was very impressed and bought, so happy with my set!

Knowledgeable and patient staff, opportunity to test pilot tge items being purchased for weight and ergonomics, which you don't get online and us crucial for tools like kitchen knives particularly if you suffer from arthritis in thd hands and wrists like I do. This retail experience made the best informed choice of quality, suitability and value. I am very pleased and glad I made the effort to attend in person and shall certainly be returning for future business.
