Dalton Park purchase
Needed some trivets for the new kitchen, the lady that served us was really helpful as these items were on display in different parts of the shop.
Found exactly what we were looking for, but missing a rubber foot, after removing one from another display item we purchased items.
Very disappointing that once we arrived home we realised we had been overcharged for these items based on ticket price. As difference was only a couple of pounds not worth driving back for a refund, but we clearly have lost trust in this company.

Although the pan is probably really good, it doesn't make you aware on the packaging the exterior coating is enamel, so not the traditional cast iron finish we wanted.

The member of staff went above and beyond when we shopped, he suggested the best quality that we can afford and the deals that were on so we could save money. It's very rare to find a shop that does not push profit above the customer.
