After only a couple of uses it has two chips in the enamel. I contacted customer services as it came with a two year guarantee and they were really helpful, said I could exchange it for a new one. However I took it to the store in Bristol to exchange, the manager was quite unpleasant and basically accused me of mistreating it. She did exchange it but begrudgingly, no apology for the inconvenience. I had a Sainsbury’s cast iron casserole dish for over 10 years and never got a chip. It has certainly put me off buying from ProCook again

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I'd made a mistake on ordering and they were so helpful putting me right. They thought for themselves and had a 'can do' attitude.

A prompt welcome, and immediate support to get the item from store that I had called in for, and it was just the great service I now expect from Pro Cook. Definitely my first option when looking for kitchen items.
