Good quality goods and great service from the staff. Advised on the products I was buying and new stock that would be arriving in the future that would be perfect for my kitchen. Thanks for all of your help and I will be back to the store for its reopening in June.

I was looking for a couple of items but also bought some extra ones when browsing.

The person serving at the counter, was huffing and puffing when asked a few details about the product . You can clearly see from my transactions before how many products I have purchased from pro cook. I was utterly disappointed this time by the experience!

I was looking for a quality carving knife & Procook were having a clearance sale. The set was a great quality set of 6 German steel knives with a magnetic wooden block, unbelievably at more than a 75% discount - must be the bargain of the year!

Bought some knives for the kitchen does exactly what each knife says it’s for top quality ,plus 30% discount as the shop is going to be refurbished.

The staff didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked into the shop.

Terrible customer service in j32 store - wanted a completely stainless steel pan. Packaging misleading and bought one with a coating by mistake. Tried to return 3 days later with receipt and swap to be belittled by sales assistant totally talked down to. No pans at all plain stainless and 24cm in stock, not offered any refund, could take bigger but too big. Then explained to me coating like I was two years old. I kept pan but will never return or buy from them again. Now stuck with pan type I didn't want with a coating I didn't want. Was told good luck with cooking omeletes in a stainless steel pan without coating which is just false! Horrendous service.
