Once again I was met by helpful friendly staff with excellent product knowledge.
You lose a star because I was looking to replace both my chargrill and saute pans (both 30cm) from your granite range only to find them no longer available.

Found what were we looking for, but only after asking a member of staff, who was very helpful.

But why are the electrical can openers separate from other small electrical appliances?

I love this shop. I love to cook so wandering around and looking at the products brings me much pleasure. The sales team are very helpful and know about the items they are selling. Very helpful.

Products are clearly laid out and the store looks immaculate and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable about their wares and offer advice freely. Aby was particularly helpful as I made my choice.

Such good value, 2 individual lasagna dishes gor £6 and they fit into an air fryer. The staff as usual were friendly and helpful.

I've shopped online and 2 of their stores recently.
One item arrived broken and this was refunded no problem but it wasn't well wrapped for a mug so not surprising is was broken.
Canterbury store were really helpful checking stock - absolutely great.
Chatham store were great too. Lovely staff in both.
I love Procook but do find some of their things over priced. I would recommend them

Spent ages choosing the right knife months ago then recently lost it. After staring at dozens in the display cabinet trying to remember which one I bought before the staff said give me your email address and we'll look for what you bought before. Amazing they found it straight away. Never thought of this contact use when making a purchase. They then went on to find me a retail outlet of a gadget they didn't sell just to be helpful. The is the number one reason I like to go to real shops with real people. Well done ProCook girls Canterbury!
