The Bury St Edmunds store is lovely - very spacious and well laid out. A very helpful member of staff directed me to what I wanted straight away. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very helpful lovely shop

I visited the shop before, and a glass filter coffee maker caught my eye. I drove from Chingford to Bury St Edmunds to walk around and buy the glass filter coffee maker. I ended up buying some knives as well.

I asked the lady if they gave any discount, as I am a teacher and also have a Blue Light Card. She replied that they don’t offer discounts. As there was no internet, I couldn’t check at the time — not that it would have made any difference, as she did not seem interested in serving me at all.

When I came home and checked, I saw that ProCook does accept the Blue Light Card. I felt so angry, cheated, and disappointed by the way I was served.

A myriad of useful cooking items; everything from measuring spoons to serious pots and pans.
The young lady who served us was very helpful and it was a pleasure to shop here. So much better than the superstores.

Good variety of products for sale with range of price points to suit different budgets.

The staff in my local Cook shop are very pleasant and helpful, but not pushy. They always have a pot of a dish from which they offer you a sample to taste.
