Bullring Store
We travelled to Birmingham just to go to this store and it didn't disappoint! There is something for everyone here - from inexpensive items right up to the more expensive items - there is a very good range. The lady in the store was very helpful and patient - a credit to your company!

Went in for kitchen knives
Went in for kitchen knives - the assistant didn’t disappoint- very knowledgeable - attentive-love the shop I can spend ages looking around. Haven’t used the knives yet but will deffo go back.-

Great kitchen kit
The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The products I've bought have worked great so far and there is an excellent selection and range of kitchen items. All the products have a very premium feel and have been great value

I like the staff at Pro Cook if I if I have a problem with anything they don't have in store, they will try to get it for you, plus the customer service is is good helping you to understand the products they have and what they can and can't do such as gas electric or halogen. I happy with the team.

Staff are excellent
Staff are excellent! I didn’t intend to buy anything when I walked in but after being encouraged to try out a Genuine Japanese knife I just had to have it! If you want great service from staff that actually know their product, this is your place for all you kitchen needs! The products offered are amazing and great value.
