We visited the Bluewater store on…
We visited the Bluewater store on monday
and purchased a full set of stainless pots and frying pans. These have, so far, been a great purchase. The excellent advice from Sharon, whose knowledge was exceptional,
no hard sell just honest advice.
We would highly recommend this store and seeking out Sharon.

My husband and I came into ProCook for…
My husband and I came into ProCook for a specific item. Sharon was there to understand and assist us.
She showed us several products and wow did she have incredible product knowledge. Explaining, demonstrating and not only how to use the products best, but also how to care for them to get the best out of them. She was honest and able to answer all of our questions.
We left over the moon with our 5 items purchased.
This was for sure the most memorable customer service experience we have had in a long time. A huge Thankyou to Sharon, she is a asset to ProCook Bluewater. We will for sure be back for future products :)

On this occasion, pro Cook had the pans we were looking for. The offer was attractive and we were keen to take advantage. Additional items had to be purchased as the offer threshold was not met initially, a very good marketing ploy!!
