Great service
I have bought several pro cook saucepans. Our frying pan had lost its coating after 7 years of use. We replaced it and the choice was wide. The sales assistant was very helpful giving us confidence what to choose.

Lovely 100% stainless steel frying pan
Lovely 100% stainless steel frying pan (no coatings / chemical surfaces). 24cm - perfect for breakfast and smaller frying jobs. Excellent quality - a little bit on the expensive side but will last forever. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Highly recommend

Knowledgeable of the staff member...
Great range of products and reasonable prices. The quality is very good too. What really stood out for me was the knowledge of the staff member who helped me. She had a deep knowledge of the products I purchased. She also advised me on the reason I had "killed" a frying pan!!!

Fabulous service
The service I had was second to none. I have forgotten the ladies name, she was so helpful when I was purchasing a new knife set. She allowed me to hold and use the knife which gives you a good idea of quality. She gave me all my options and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Beautifully wrapped. I am very pleased with my purchase. I travelled quite a way to visit and will definitely go back for any kitchen items required. A+
