Very helpful staff and a good range of products

Your staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was given good advice and even though a product wasn’t available,(electric lemon squeezer)suggestions were given as to where I might look(successfully)! So thank you!
All the products I bought are excellent. I have never been in one of your shops previously.

I actually returned my purchase, not because of product quality, but because this was an impulse purchase that I immediately realised was not the right decision for me. I was impressed with the friendly way in which the return was handled.

Very helpful salesperson . I am very pleased with the pan set.

I visited the Bath store on 27th of February and purchased a coffee bean grinder. I went to use it on the 3rd of March and noticed a part was missing, making the grinder useless. I emailed ProCook with details of my purchase and a picture of the faulty grinder. No response.

I emailed again on the 13th of March, copying my original email and transaction details and asking 'Why have you ignored my email' No response.

So they have my money and I have a useless coffee grinder. Amazon for me from now on.

Really helpful guidance on best use of product.
He took his time and explained fully how to properly use the whetstone to sharpen my blunt knives.
