We ordered and received branded luggage tags from Probos. They sent samples so we could make an informed decision and provided a keen quote. They also delivered the tags on time and communicated well throughout the process.

Alan from Probos was excellent in keeping me informed of where we were with the order, and checking we'd received it, great service!

I have found Probos Promotions online when our usual supplier was not able to provide us with the right items at the right time.
After the initial conversation I was referred to Alan, who handled my querries and amateur questions and kept me updated at all time.
The cherry on top was when the items arrived from the printer 3 days before the expected date.
I can only recommend Probos Promotion's services as I know for sure that I will use them every time I need any promotional goods.

One of our Residential Homes recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary. To commemorate this special day, we thought it would be lovely if all residents, their family and friends, staff and visitors were to receive a commemorative mug, with our home logo and 25th Anniversary image in full colour on the mug. We had a tight deadline but Probos Promotions were helpful, very quick to reply and send through the proof and just as quick to despatch our mugs in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend them and I'm sure we will work with them again in the future.

We have been ordering corporate stationery (notepads and pens) from Probos for several years now. On each occasion, service has been prompt and our orders have been prepared and dispatched quickly. Communication has been very good. I would certainly use Probos again.

What more can I say this company is extremely professional from start to finish. We are based in Jersey Channel Islands we were given a delivery date of the 21st February 2014 when placing the order. On the 17th February 2014 I emailed to see how the order was going and Alan replied to say the order would be delivered that day a couple of hours later there it was, fantastic and great quality product. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them without hesitation.
