Don't order from them, if you don't want your order to get "destroyed" by their customs, after half a year of waiting for it. Just a big loss of money and pointless waiting.

Der Verkäufer ist unfassbar nett und kooperativ. Auch öfters dort bestellt, ohne Probleme. Die Ersatzteile kosten hier sogar mal weniger.

An Accountable Airsoft Dealer
Sometimes it takes a bad experience to realise how a company is very good. And this is indeed a recommendable Airsoft shop that also goes under the title of “ACTION! Airsoft Online Store”. This dealer sent me a product that ultimately had factory faults (which was no mistake of their own as the seller). Yet despite being based in Taiwan or any language barrier, they offered constant concern and support with any problems. The shop also liaised with the factory responsible and made sure I wasn’t disappointed or left with an undesirable product. The dealer was also cautious to make sure that I didn’t suffer any great loss. This is how it brings me every confidence to both continue using this dealer myself for future orders as well as recommend it to others for the same peace of mind.

Fantastic service! I recommend
Im based in uk and the unicord hop up for hicapa has been delivered after 2/3 weeks however on the parcel there was a sticker suggesting to take a video while opening the parcel so did i, once i paused the video i find out the hop up unit its cracked i immediately emailed the sales team and showed them the video as well as the photo of the crack, they responded quite quickly asking if i wanted a refund or a replacement and also apologised. They have send the new hop up and send me the tracking number. Fantastic customer service, even if i asked if it was the whole unit before purchasing and they couldn’t give me a straight answer.
Very satisfied with the service i will buy more. Im not sure if a whole gun will go through security checks.
