Komen afspraken niet na. Zijn er ineens meer als een uur te vroeg. Moest fotos sturen zodat ze buitenlangs het dak op kunnen. Hebben dan tich niet de juiste spullen bij. Moeten binnenlangs en slopen dan het stuckwerk.
Zeker geen afspraak maken dus
Iemand kwam en ik had alles uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was ivm mieren.
Er werd niet veel onderzoek gedaan, alleen wat ik aan heb gewezen en uitgelegd.
Mierepoeder werd op mijn terras gespoten en 2 kleine lokdoosjes weggezet.
Hij stond raar te kijken dat er mieren ook kwamen door de sifon van mijn spoelbak keuken.
Een beetje mieren poeder extra gekregen.
Hij had ook aan de voorkant moeten kijken en meer onderzoek moeten doen naar het nest.
Daar heb ik 175 euro voor moeten betalen.
De eerst volgende keer mocht dat nodig zijn wil ik iemand anders of ik zoek een ander bedrijf,ik moet nu weer zelf lokdoosjes bij kopen.
Mijn conclusie er is te weinig onderzoek gedaan en te weinig informatie gegeven,ik zelf heb het meeste verteld.
Dat is snel en makkelijk geld verdienen zo

Zeer goede communicatie met telefonistes. En ook heel aardig!
Bestrijding zelf zeer efficiënt met een duidelijke uitleg over vervolg en hoe te voorkomen
Kortom geweldig bedrijf
We zijn zeer tevreden over ProCuro. Na onze aanmelding op de site, kregen we de dag erna (nota bene op Tweede Paasdag) al een mail van een medewerker die actief meedacht over het door ons gemelde probleem. Uiteindelijk kon het probleem via de mailwisseling worden opgelost. Professioneel en met een positieve, plezierige communicatie. Probleem opgelost zonder kosten te hoeven maken. Chapeau ProCuro!
This company is a scam. They sounded very good on the phone and came to my house one day to clear up the bed bugs in my house.
The guy arrived with the equipment and stayed for just one hour; he sprayed chemicals along the edge of the floorboards and along the bedframe.
Steamed my mattress- very quickly, not nearly long enough to kill the bugs.
They recommended me to take off the mattress cover and wash it on a hot wash, which I did because I was feeling so overwhelmed, and i ended up shrinking the cover. It could easily have just been steamed by the company.
They also recommended me to take everything out of the suitcase in my bathroom- all of that stuff had not been touched by the bugs and was actually fine, but now has got intermingled with the bug covered clothing.
In the end it was a waste of money; I still had the bugs afterwards, they even came back to do a second round and it did not clear them.
I have spent the past year putting down diatamaceous earth on the floor to clear the bugs, it is only just clearing up now and they are still in my clothes.
I would recommend finding a company who can fumigate your house and home, to spread the chemicals into all corners of the house.
It's a shame but they did not do a good job, it was quick and unprofessional.
