We can’t thank Jason Hall enough for his support throughout our mortgage process, it was long, tiresome and a little challenging due to lease agreements etc. However he was responsive, supportive and helped tackle all the above throughout, in some cases over and above what was in his remit! We did pay upfront fee and sign a contract but everything was successfully delivered, and the general management of the process, transparency and support was worth it! Thanks Jason and I’m sure we ll be in touch again

A broker with the initials MM from this company knowingly gave lending banks inaccurate information about the lease and wasted 7 months of time, legal fees, efforts and heartbreaks to both the vendor and the buyer. Not to be trusted.

I have been buying and selling properties privately since 1987. This is the first time I have had to pay a broker before they have even succeeded in getting me a mortgage. Pressured me into signing an agreement and then pressured me into paying £395 for no mortgage agreement. Read the small print and don’t sign anything till you have an agreed mortgage which is the way it should be.

The worst service, they are liers and give me information which not true, took the money from me and keep playing with me around until I got a problem with the tax office in Poland.

Alex at private finance was fantastic. He provided multiple options and came up with the cheapest rate by far. Thank you to Alex and his team!

Terrible unethical experience with broker who didn’t provide accurate mortgage information and pressured us

I was very impressed with the service from Dan and Maniksha. Very helpful with what was a quite complex job. Always available by phone or email and very persistent in following through to ensure everything ran smoothly. Definitely recommended.

To begin with, Jenna has been working with us for months.

We started off looking for brokers, we don’t have the best credit and PF was the first people we found but we kept looking to see. In the end we had stuck with Jenna.

From about 6-7 months ago, we asked what we needed and what to do and from this time Jenna had advised us of all steps we needed and pushed right through to the end. We had a slight issue but Jenna rectified this imminently and proceeded until we go the offer of approval.

Highly recommended, especially if you have bad credit or any issues with lenders/brokers in the past. Very efficient and patient right through until the end.
