Priory Automotive Recensioni

Very helpful guidance and reliable, efficient service from Mike and the team took the stress out of purchasing our vehicle. Delivery to the door was the icing on the cake!

From first contact to receiving the car we could not have had better service. A thoroughly heartwarming experience , can't recommend Priory Automotive too highly.

Following the demise of our old car we entered the car buying life with some trepidation and fright. What a re-assurance to be dealing with Priory. Confident but relaxed style with a good range of cars. The one we picked had details sent to us, we decided and it was delivered,
It was delivered on time, in perfect condition with a driver who was knowledgeable about controls etc.
We highly recommend.

Great fast and polite! Mike sourced exactly the car we were looking for and was really attentive to what we needed at a difficult time due to our family car having been written off. Would highly recommend.

Priory Automotive was recommended to me by several people. It felt a bit risky, buying a car that we hadn't looked at or test driven, but I'm pleased to say that it has been a great experience and will definitely look to use Priory in the future. Thank you Mike and the team!

I had already done some homework and had ideas about cars which might be suitable for me when I approached Priory Automotive.I had quite a short timescale in which to find a reliable car which would do what I needed.
Priory Automotive were straight on to what I was looking for and a car was agreed within a couple of days. Then all the advice, checks and paperwork seemed minimal but sufficient. The car was delivered to the door and it was I everything I had been led to expect. Priory Automotive went the extra mile to make things as straight forward as possible. I continue to be delighted with the car 5 months later.

I would give ten stars If I could! I cannot fault this firm, they are honest and straightforward in their dealings. This is the third car I have had from them and they've never let me down. The driver who delivered the car was SO helpful and didn't leave until he was satisfied that I was happy with everything. Very business-like but with a friendly but not pushy touch.
My experience of Priory Automotive is a very good and happy one. I would certainly use them again when I come to purchase my next car.
Many thanks Priory Automotive. Cheers Revd Val Gibbs

I had never bought a car from Priory Automotive before this month but from start to finish, I experienced the staff as helpful, non-pushy, listened to my needs and were completely accurate in their suggestions. The car I received yesterday was everything and more than their description of the car. It was delivered on time by a very polite driver who explained the workings of the car efficiently, completed the paper work in record time and today I felt completely at ease driving my lovely replacement car. A completely trustworthy service, excellent warranty and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable second hand car.(Driver of 54 years and ex- Education Adviser/Teacher)

I cannot praise the team at Priory highly enough! Genuinely helpful and went ‘above and beyond’. Will use again without hesitation. Many thanks!

Very informative and detailed summary of the type of vehicle I required and the ease of purchase and delivery all amounts to an excellent tradesman.

I have recently bought a car from Priory Automotive. The service I have received from the beginning, including intial advice, through to delivery and payment has thoughout been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Priory Automotive as a safe, reliable way to obtain a vehicle.

Buying a new car is such a time consuming business, for the second time now I have purchased my car with Priory Automotive who offer a friendly and efficient service. The fact that I trust 100% of what I am told by Priory Automotive about the cars I buy is something I value most of all. The stress of car buying is avoided with no worry about what you have bought. I have twice sat in my new car for the first time when Priory Automotive have brought it to my door in Scotland, they go through the paperwork with you then drive away in your old car.
It is as easy as that, leaving you with a high quality reliable car you have confidence in.
I can’t thank Mike and his team enough.

I have bought many cars from Priory Automotive over the years, for me and for my sons. First class service, first class cars. I cannot praise Mike and his team too much. Keep up the good work!

Mike was very attentive and much more concerned about getting the best car for our family than securing a sale. Thanks Mike we love the car it’s perfect for all of our needs .
Great value for money and really confident that the we have a safe and reliable car.

Just bought my second car from Priory Automotive. As ever Mike was really helpful and very quickly found the car I had specified within the budget I had given him. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He even returned the sunglasses I has left in my old car. The delivery driver was also very helpful and a joy to chat with over a cup of tea.I happily recommend Mike to all my friends and will always buy through this Company

I experienced impeccable, speedy and personal service from my first 'phone call to free delivery of my new car by such a friendly driver. Mike Stimely and his colleagues deserve the highest praise

Readily helpful on the phone and by email with excellent service up to and including the point of delivery

We were very pleased with the service we received from Mike at Priory Automotive. The list of priorities we gave him were quite hard to match, particularly as we were looking for a particular colour, age, mileage and price. However, he was patient, though we refused quite a view vehicles he found, and in the end, the right car was found... The stress of finding a car ourselves was taken away and we would have no hesitation in recommending Priory to others.

They took the hassle out of buying a new car and did everything for me. From the onset Mike was caring, supportive and understanding.
Not only did they tow away my old car and part exchange it, but delivered my new car on time and to my satisfaction. Thank you Dean for driving from Sheffield. An excellent service. I will always buy through this company. A million thanks to Mike and his wonderful team.

Very helpful advice in choosing a replacement car. Very efficient with all the paperwork and delivery. We are very pleased with the total service of Priory Automotive.
