I like it very much! The colors are great and the way it stands by it self is super!!

I've had trouble in the past ordering from over seas, so if I had known your product was coming from overseas I wouldn't have ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised with how you kept me informed as to the progress of my order. I purchased the WIFI device for our son who lives in the Rocky Mountains and doesn't get internet. We'll take it up there in a couple weeks and try it. I really hope it works. I'll let you know.

The only failure is the delivery times and lack of meaningful communication

Their advertisement quoted in AUD which meant that the total cost should have come up less in USD. The total charges were almost double the quoted price. I queried the cost and received a small refund which in no way covered the difference. I just accepted it and didn't bother questioning it. I then received an email telling me that I was wrong when I mentioned the difference in what I was charged and what I was quoted. I didn't bother replying to this either.

You didn’t mentioned that the item would be sent out from USA with all customs and delays. It took 10 days through customs and shipping in the USA and three days for shipping to Greece. Another one was the price. You didn’t mention you will charge PayPal fees. That’s why I give you 3 stars.

It wasn't the stand I ordered. I ordered a stand that had USB ports. The stand I got hasn't got this. I didn't report this, as they always come up with some excuse or another to make it the purchaser's fault. And lifes too short to spend time trying to contact the seller, my advice would be DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I did not receive what I ordered, the laptop stand is simple, without USB or Type C slots

Communication was quite good, however there was a delay from ordering to receiving.

The item was well worth the money and works well
