worst customer service ever, had to cancel an appointment for my daughter due to being ill, was left a voicemail by them with a guy who basically said go somewhere else as you missed your appointment. also a text from them which was abrupt. baring in mind my daughter is 5 and it was a 20 minute appointment. you don’t deserve anymore than a 1 star

My daughter had a good first experience with Dr Kam

From the warm welcome upon entering, to the comfort and ease you feel during the actual appointment, this is potentially the best dental service I've ever experienced.

Facilities are modern and clean, decor is trendy and tasteful, and the atmosphere brings on a sense of calm: all of the above making for a VERY positive first impression and an excited new patient looking forward (for the first time in his life) to actually going to the dentist!

On the treatment received, I have given five star because no one could solve my problem when my wisdom tooth was left half treated. Therefore I had an open nerve pain that did not settle with medication. I was due to travel in a few weeks . Everyone refused because of my planned journey. I was then looked after by the dentist at the Priors hall clinic. I was made pain free and safe to travel. I am extremely happy with their services, time, effort and care given by the team.

The most beautiful practice I’ve been to in a long time and the staff and dentists are not only amazing,but they are so professional and passionate about what they do.
I can’t recommend Priors hall enough and can’t wait to start my Invisalign journey with them. The best dental practice around.

Priors Hall Dental has canceled the appointments for my three kids twice already. The first time they chased us afterwards to reschedule for nearly two weeks, by email, text and phone. We finally found a time that works more than a month later but it was only after I called to double check the appointment this Friday that they notified me that the second appointment was canceled as well. In other words they didn't bother to notify us in advance this time.
The lady on the phone seemed more than happy for our family of 5 to go find another dentist - business must be so good that they believe they can be flippant with their customers. Good on them for great customer service!
It's hard enough getting dentistry work done in the UK, families don't need the aggravation of a clinic which doesn't really care about their customers.
Definitely a practice to avoid.
