A lovely place to visit, great service at a great price. Repaired my omega planet ocean and when I went to pick it up I spent over half an hour chatting away and looking at some of the other beautiful watches on display. Real enthusiasts here and wouldn't hesitate to come back again

I have just bought one of their own watches (Orca) for a birthday gift and could not be more delighted by the way I have been looked after - excellent shopping experience. The shop is located within a complex of artisan producers and is a fine location, even if just going for coffee.

Sent my Rolex Explorer 36mm in for a valet due to some heavy wear. Steven and his team gave it an amazing refresh, making it look like new when I first got it years ago. They also ensured it was keeping time and remained pressure tested. Would certainly recommend their services and won’t be the last time I use them!

I have a Danish watch, a Nordgreen, and the hands fell off when I dropped it on a hard surface. The repair required specialist equipment, which Prime Time has. I sent my Direnzo DRZ07 in for a quick job as I had noticed a tiny hair on the dial and a little bit of extra lume on the minute hand.

Steve got to my watch the day after it arrived and sent me a video of him working with the movement (I had also queried a possible movement issue) and he showed me everything was fine and I’m working order. He fixed up the two dial issues and sent it back the very next day, completely securely packaged.

An excellent service and I’ll be sure to use Prime Time again the next time I have any watch woes!

We took my watch in yesterday for a new battery as no local jewellers could do it.
I called them first and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Battery was fitted, and my watch tested for use in water with a certificate to confirm this.
We only met Ian yesterday and he was soooooo lovely. Thank you to you Ian and your colleagues 🤩🤩🤩🤩

From the initial emailed enquiry, Steve was responsive and very helpful. I had my 20 year old Citizen chronograph cleaned, polished, new crystal, two new seals and pressure tested all for a very reasonable price. The watch now looks and feels brand new.
The service was great, the staff are fantastic and all in all, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My 50 year old Rotary watch had become too tight. I had the link that had been taken out but a jeweller in my local town could not replace it as they said there was a part missing. I went into Prime Time and the link was put in within a few minutes and with no charge by a very nice young (to me !) man

My Oris Aquis had a large unsightly dent which I couldn't bear to look at any more. I decided to try Prime Time as they offered laser welding, and I'm so glad I did.
