I’ve had mostly positive experiences with this smoke shop. They have a large inventory and offer quick delivery, which I really appreciate. You can trust them to deliver on what they promise—they’re definitely not scammers.

The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is that I’ve received some old vapes a couple of times, and they don’t seem to restock their items as often as I’d like. However, their reliability and variety make up for it. Overall, a solid shop that I’d recommend!

First time buyer and I’m really happy I tried Price Point NY. My order arrived quickly and it everything was accurate. I’ve had problems with other companies not sending the right items or missing some and shipping taking forever. I’ll definitely use this place again. The prices are great too.

I have ordered twice from Price point. Great selection of Juul stuff and shipping was fast. Even had Juul 2 which I’ve never seen. Will continue to order from them

Ordered on the 26/11, got the order confirmation but HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!
I have emailed and messaged them everyday with NO RESPONSE!
Is anyone experiencing the same issue or have any idea why this is?

My order got lost in the mail with UPS, i messaged PricePointNY, they replied immediately and quickly sent out another order, which just arrived!

I've had a few bad experiences with online vaping companies, but this one i would highly recommend. Great selection, competitive prices and amazing customer service which is hard to find these days!

This company is amazing. Ordered from element for years received over 30 vapes that didn't work emailed them after the first one nothing they could do they just sale them not to mention $45 shipping. I kept ordering these particular vapes because they are my favorite and buy them in 10 packs.starting ordering from perfect vape $150 worth of vapes never came was given the run around n told to dispute with the post office first they don't do anything about tobacco products follow up with the company they say file a police report really gave them a bad review suddenly they had proof our stuff was delivered on gps which was a lie otherwise when I first inquired we would have simply stated im sorry we are showing they were delivered nothing we can do.
I now ordered from price point ny I have the option to pay for insurance super cheap same with shipping.
I emailed them the other day about some vapes that we got that were not working expecting nothing as per elementvape.com thought this was normal they got back to me in a little over a day and offered how can we
make this right. Amazing will not be using any other company. Also their shipping is super fast too.

So this is tough because I love "PricepointNY". They are by far the most reasonably priced site I frequent for my vaping supplies, and they have fast shipping and even their customer service is excellent. That said, they have been switching over to focus (mostly) on disposables, because (unfortunately) that's what's selling right now. Too bad too, because they are AWFUL for the environment and not great on your wallet either, but I digress... As a result, they rarely have the parts I need or the vapes I want. Even their juice selection is getting weaker and weaker. As a result I've had to venture out more and more to other sites. That said, they are my preferred place to shop, and as a small operation, I'm sure it's not easy to keep everything in stock. If they could only focus a bit more on the reusable market, it would be a 5 star recommend. They've always delivered at least on time, but usually earlier than advertised, and I get exactly what I ordered. So, if you can find what you're looking for on PricePointNY, I highly suggest giving them a shot.

I've ordered from Price Point NY for a few years. They always ship out very quickly, and have such a kind customer service team. There have been a few instances where I've gotten duds (happens from time to time with every brand) and they've always been lovely and super quick to refund me or replace my item. Best service to use.

Ordered a couple of vapes. Arrived fast but vape boxes were crushed and one vape had top half pushed off. They claim great service and products to arrive in perfect condition. SO WRONG ! Contacted them and took days for a response. They asked me to check if vapes were working. But these were to be gifts for an elderly person so boxes should be nice, Right? Emailed them back and I have been ignored ever since. No replacements or returns. Horrible company service and customer support. Take your chances with these people.
