Top!!!

J’ai commandé mes stickers sur leur site sans trop d’attente mais je peux dire que j’ai été extrêmement surprise par la rapidité de prise en charge et la qualité des autocollants:)!!! J’ai déjà envie de faire une deuxième commande ! Le gros avantage, en dehors de la qualité qui est top et du service 5*, c’est surtout que nous pouvons commander UN sticker par photo et non pas obligatoirement 30-50-100 comme sur d’autres sites :)!! C’est pile ce qu’il me fallait pour un projet :)! Bref MERCI et à très bientôt :)!

Pray you don't need assistence

They get 2 Stars instead of 1 only cause another friend of mine actually received the stickers but mine got lost by UPS on January 29th and to this date (February 16th) they still haven't even shipped the new package.

I contacted them for the first time on "Wed, Feb 4, 11:53 PM" asking for news since the package was clearly stuck, then on the 6th again and they finally replied on the 9th! That is a response time somewhere inbetween 3 to 5 days, already way outside the 24h promised on the website.

Anyways, things get busy and I would have accepted it if they at least did what they said, which is (quoting an email from Feb 9th):
"Thank you for reaching out and I apologise for my late reply,
It looks like they are lost, I have sent them to be reprinted and reshipped.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and that you might not have them in time for your event. When UPS loses a package it is out of our control and the only thing we can do is basically to reprint them.

Hopefully we'll be able to ship them before the weekend."

I replied asking if I could pay for a faster shipping method and they said this on February 11th

"They are being reprinted as quickly as possible with top priority. Hopefully we can ship them tomorrow. We will ship them with UPS Express, you will not have to pay anything extra for this."

They were not shipped neither the 12th nor the end of the week (13th).

This order was placed on January 18th (a Sunday).

TL;DR: It's ok if nothing happens, but the moment it does you're better off re-buying the stickers from another company. Buy at your own risk and at least 2 month ahead

No stickers and no reaction to my email

Order on 21st of January. Stickers to be received until 4th of February, but no stickers and no reaction to my email.
Many others share the same experience at Trustpilot for prettygoodstickers.se (same company) but interestingly on this page there is still happy customers. Very weird.

Update 11/02/2026: I got an answer to my email. Let's wait and see if I'll get the stickers too.
Update 24/02/2026: I received the stickers on 19/02/2026. Quality looks ok, but they were smaller than the online design tool makes you believe, as the border is included in the defined size, where as the design tool makes you think it is not. Unfortunately I cannot upload images here to demonstrate.
Comment of the seller:
"Thank you for reaching out and I apologise that you did not get what you expected.
The square box in the editor just shows the borders of the image you uploaded, the size you see on top is for the whole sticker including the borders.
I apologise that this was not clear enough, I can offer you a 30% discount if you would like to place a new order."

This company were absolutely fantastic

This company were absolutely fantastic. Super responsive when I had an issue, they resolved it immediately and at cost to themselves. The quality of the stickers are excellent too. Will absolutely purchase again.

High Quality AND good service !

Swedish Company, I’m now on my third order for my (very small) business. They have a few reviews under their Swedish website on Trustpilot.

Speed and service are great, and sticker quality is brilliant! I take folk climbing outdoors, so the stickers get a hard time - I have one on my helmet from my first order, almost 2 yrs old, still looks bright (these arent outdoor-specific, just the default quality, I think « premium »). Customers LOVE them!

Recent order got lost by UPS (they are truly terrible if they lose something). After failing to get anywhere, I mention this to PrettyGoodStickers for info, saying give me a few days to deal with UPS. Reply back that they are just reprinting the whole order! I told them to stop. A few days later, UPS have been no help. PSG reprint within hours and a new batch are on their way.

Genuinely one of the best companies to deal with.
