We had a really good experience last week with Pretloves.
After a few failed sales we finally completed.
The office team were always available and friendly.
We had a team of 5 on the day and all the guys were friendly and professional adding in a few laughs along the way.
Made it stress free and couldn’t have done it without them!

Great communication, really flexible when my completion day was moved back twice, friendly and professional on the moving day.

We hadn’t moved for over 30 years so were a tad nervous about the whole experience, however Pretloves immediately made us feel at ease.they were reassuring, professional and efficient. Ash and his team of guys were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, even dismantling and reassembling beds etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them for any future move.

This is the fourth time I have used Pretloves, excellent on every occasion . I had a family emergency the night before my move date and sent an email asking if someone could call me the next morning as I may have to postpone. Anne called me immediately (at 1030pm) and was so kind and supportive. Emily was also brilliant on email. Thankfully the move went ahead as planned but their customer service went far beyond expectations. The removal guys were speedy and pleasant …highly highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience. Pretloves moved us with such ease, it made the whole thing positively joyful. Building beds, connecting washing machines, it was great. Can’t recommend enough.

We used Pretloves in late October 25 after a much prolonged buying/selling process.
Throughout, Pretloves office staff were supportive & thoughly professional. Closer to moving they provided packaging in fully sufficient levels, advising on how best to get everything ready for the ‘day’.
On the day itself the team arrived exactly as planned and cleared the building both quickly & professionally.
We then encountered numerous issues with the ‘completion’ process which created delays. However, to overcome those issues, Pretloves engaged additional team members to ensure everything was unloaded both quickly & carefully.
We couldn’t recommend this company more highly. On what was a very stressful day for us, the team were reassuring hard working & thoroughly professional.
Can’t thank them highly enough.

Great team of men. Stress free move

The great attitude and work ethic of Craig & Charlie really turned a stressful day into a much calmer experience. We had our keys very late in the day, but they both remained so positive and helpful and made sure to check I was happy with everything before they left. I would recommend Pretloves to anyone wishing to move.

We have used the company for both removals and storage and would always use them again. The contract is clear and dealing with staff in the office is very easy. The removal men are very polite and friendly and take great care with furniture.

What a week, 2 loads one day 2 another, great team spirit with johno in charge and final room he helped and we were out. Up to suffolk we went and did it all again unloaded with laughs and jokes. No bad language or attitude the team were brilliant. Mondays team came final load and it was the same, dejavu. Ladies in the office very helpfull understanding and Jack who came 5 days before the move rescued us due to a another dropping out last minute. Great 10/10 would use again when we move to east scotland or herefordshire. 10/10 ⭐️

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Pretloves, they were so fantastic at moving us the first time that we used them again this time. I couldn’t fault them at all. Such a lovely team of guys who know removals inside out. The speed they work at is unbelievable. So worth the price. Great communication throughout too.

Pretloves were brilliant. Office staff really helpful. The guys who removed our furniture to storage so polite and really careful when removing the contents of our home. Pretloves were absolutely amazing on Friday 19th July when we moved from Saffron Walden to Brandon. The temperature was 30 degrees. They never complained and were so polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you once again for making our move stress free. Highly recommended as the best removal company in Essex. DO NOT use Pretlove's for storage
I would give Pretlove's zero stars, or minus, if I could.
Appalling service and deplorable attitude.
I had items lost, damaged and ruined either when collected or while in storage. Pretlove's response was a combination of total indifference and denial.
100s of books had to be recycled because they were ruined by mildew and mould. Pretlove's only response was that the books (and rugs, and cushions) must have been mouldy when first stored. They were not.
A bitter lesson hard learned.
My advice is to use another storage firm, to read the Terms & Conditions very carefully (Pretlove's provided the British Association of Removers' T&C which state there is no redress for mould, etc), to number each box 1/x, 2/x etc and take photos so that you have proof if anything is lost and, finally, to be aware you'll get truly paltry redress.

Top quality whilst both removing and returning my furniture from storage. Both the team who moved my stuff out and the lads (Mark and Trevor) who bought it back showed respect for both the furniture and the property and could not have been more pleasant whilst doing so. Top quality, recommend their company

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service we received from your guys yesterday and today. They were great and worked very hard, making the whole moving process stress-free for us.

Our moving day was definitely made far easier with the team from Pretloves involved. A cheerful, friendly bunch of guys, with nothing too much trouble. Only small hitch was one item of furniture that their gentleman who'd visited to quote had said we didn't need to empty as they would pack up the contents for us in specialist containers turned out in fact to need normal boxing by us - not ideal at short notice, but the contents were then treated carefully so no complaints. The number of boxes they supplied as part of the package was pretty much spot on. On arriving at the new house the van was unloaded and they were away well inside 2 hours which impressed us. We'd recommend, and would use them again ourselves if needed.

The guys where very polite , helpfull, quick, really worked hard, we had a lot things to pack but not one moan at all and when it got to the new house again very speedy and helpfull

We had a large removal requirement to part storage, part rental home and then onward to a new home, in a different county 6 months later. Pretloves were fantastic at every stage providing valuable advice at all stages of our move. The multiple movements of our belongings were completed by an enthusiastic and caring team, and we definitely recommend Pretloves be at the top of your list for any removal/storage demand that you may have.
