SCAM damage repairs
This company is trying to charge me thousands for alleged damage to a hire car but has repeatedly refused to prove the cost of any repair.
I have asked over and over for:
Photos of the damage
The repair invoice
Details of the garage and what work was actually done
They have provided none of this. No proof of repairs, no breakdown of costs – just demands for money.
Instead of acting transparently and showing a simple invoice, they pushed the case to enforcement to try and bully me into paying a figure they won’t even justify. In my view this is completely unacceptable and looks like a deliberate tactic to intimidate customers rather than deal with genuine queries.
If a company demands thousands of pounds but won’t show you a single repair invoice, that says it all. SCAM – avoid.
