Bought a volvo xc60 from this garage earlier this year these guys are very easy to deal with never had any issues and I would and will be buying off these again , I found them very experienced and helpful

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER..I saved for months to buy a new car and spent £3000 on a Nissan qashqai and when arrived would not go over 60mph so was told it has blocked filter and job would be £1700 and also another £1400 for work. I was told was already done so fake mot. so stuck with a car we can't drive and No help from dealer or warranty .and now just been told the car is a right off so just lost £3000 also on top of everything my 7 year old has been in this car a numer of times and could have died

My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I implore you to steer clear of them at all costs, as my unfortunate journey with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

As soon as I drove the car away from their establishment, warning lights started flashing, and the situation only went downhill from there. For the first six agonizing months, I was haunted by the relentless glow of the stabilization light on my dashboard, accompanied by a litany of other issues. Despite their attempts to address the problems, that stubborn warning light never relinquished its grip on my driving experience.

Then, just after the six-month warranty had expired, disaster struck. My wheel actually fell off! What's even more infuriating is that this very wheel had supposedly undergone repairs at their hands, with claims that it was the source of my troubles. It turns out that the garage that came to my rescue discovered a glaring oversight – the wheels hadn't been tightened properly, leading to this catastrophic failure.

Now, we all know that wheels aren't supposed to spontaneously detach themselves from a car. I immediately turned to the garage for help, as it was abundantly clear that this was directly linked to the problems I had experienced ever since I drove away from that ill-fated place.

That's when Bobby, the owner, made a phone call – supposedly to resolve the issue. But let me tell you, it was nothing but a deceptive facade. He patronised me, attempting to provoke me and displaying outright aggression. He had the audacity to taunt me with comments like, "Do you think you're a big man?" It was a disgraceful attempt to divert responsibility and avoid accountability.

In this entire ordeal, all I ever asked for was a modicum of understanding from this garage. The problems I faced were evident from the very moment I acquired the car, and yet, they treated me with a shocking lack of empathy or professionalism. Avoid this company like the plague, unless you want to endure a nightmare like the one I've just described.

At last, a car dealer that totally exceeded my expectations.
I took a chance and bought a BMW X5 online without viewing.
Communications were outstanding, the car was delivered promptly without any hassle and in beautiful condition. I cannot recommend these people higher.
