Bait and Switch
In the past I have been satisfied with the products. However my last order ruined my entire outlook on this company. It’s very over priced but usually has reasonable discounts. I looked at several sweatshirts for my son. Ordering his usual size. It arrived and was 1-2 sizes too small. I measured it, way smaller than 95% of the size charts on the website indicate. I picked the one product with different sizing. No way to be compensated for the $70 scrap cloth I have now.
Mistake made company helped in a big way!
Well before the Christmas rush, I ordered a sweatshirt for a grandson. Only to realize today that I had ordered one with the wrong graduation date on it. Upon realizing the error of my ways I contacted prep sportswear. To my pleasant surprise, they are going to correct my error and send me a new sweatshirt. They recommended that I donate the first sweatshirt which I will gladly do to a deserving soul at the school. Thank you to Greg Stewart one of your wonderful customer service representative for helping me save face on this Christmas gift. wonderful company to deal with!

Misrepresentation of product
They have boxes that offer personalization on their hats (for me, it was specifically the one for the Seattle Marathon). You put the name in the box, and it "accepts" it and takes you to checkout with that name included in the product listing. The personalized hat I ordered arrived without the personalization I asked for, and the customer service I got in touch with lied and said that "none of our hats offer personalization on the website." I just sent my sister a ridiculously expensive hat thinking it would come with her name on it, and am now dealing with unapologetic lying from customer service. I hope nobody else I know uses this site, because the whole thing feels like a huge racket.

I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas.And the Post Office lost it. Prep sportswear with their quick work and great people got a new one sent out for me. So I will have it in time for christmas. I will be using them when ever needed
NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received the t-shirt I ordered on 12/10. It was fine except that the name and number I specified were not printed on the back. I reached out to live chat who asked for pics. I sent them, and then was asked to hold on while a customer service agent assisted. After 10 minutes waiting, I left the chat. Before leaving, I asked the chat if I should stay or if they would contact me via email. No response. Not surprisingly, they do not have a phone number to call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. You get to chat with a bot and are never forwarded to a live agent. My order appears to be lost and I spent over $125 and they could care less to help. I truly believe this company is a scam. I will be making sure that no one I know orders from this company, including our school system.
I ordered a small adult sized hoodie
I ordered a small adult sized hoodie. What I received was a youth size at best. I tried to contact the company through their 'leave a message' chat and was met with Bot responses that simply ended. I tried two additional times with the same result. Although the Bot claimed I would be contacted by email 'right away' I have yet to receive any record of any of the three chats. A poor excuse for a company and customer service. Utter disappointment.
Scam site or so unreliable as to appear scammy
Order sat in "label created" for 10 days. Tried to cancel it and was flat out lied to. Told me that its normal for the USPS site to not show progress for that length of time, and that it had been picked up the day the order was placed. Hog. Wash. I own a business and ship with USPS nonstop. Theyre far from perfect, but this was a lie. In 10 days, from anywhere in the US, it would have arrived by now. They refused to cancel the order. Took it up with the card co and got it sorted that way. Dont give these idiots your money.
ETA: even their reply is a lie!!! The tracking info wasn’t wrong or delayed. This wasn’t a usps issue. The package sat at the vendor location for almost two weeks before it moved. More lies from an untrustworthy company. Will never use again.

It's fake, it is not the the school's actual name, wrong mascot. Extremely misleading. My wife wasted hundreds of dollars on knockoff trash.

While I stand behind my review of the performance tee quality being terrible. I would like to commend Stephanie (from customer service) who went above and beyond trying to remedy the situation. Stephanie is going to work with her team on the quality moving forward.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Bot chats and no actionable results. They delivered an item I had ordered weeks ago that was poorly made and way too small for my high school-aged grandson. Was unable to contact anyone at their company to get a refund and return authorization. Only pre-programmed responses from a Bot! Beware of any company that does not publish a telephone number for customer service. This is a terrible company. Advise that you DO NOT do business with them.

Terrible customer service
I purchased a team shirt from Prep Sports early today. When I checked my invoice, I noticed they didn't have the name & number on the back of the shirt. that I wanted. I know I wrote this information when I was placing the order. When I contacted Prep Sportswear, Adrianna was the customer service representative to not take care of me. I asked if I should cancel the order or add the name & number and pay any additional charges they have. She said I couldn;t cancel the order and she couldn't make any additions to rhe order because "it was more than 2 hours and our system automatically shuts us out" If this is true, which I doubt, this is the most asinine system I have ever encountered. I could understand if they shipped the shirt (which they haven't). I placed the order 6 hours before initially contacting them. This is so ridiculous! Mat Eisenstadt

What Stephanie said in her response is utter nonsense. I called Prep Sportswear 6 hours after placing my order. I let Adrianna, their customer service representative know that I had requested a name & number on when I ordered a team shirt from them. They said they didn't see that on my order & that I wasn't charged for a name and number. I asked if the shirt was shipped yet and they said it hadn't been. I then requested they add the name & number to the back of the shirt and I would pay them for it. Their response was because it was more than 2 hours after I placed the order, they couldn't add the name & number. Their reasoning was "their system locks them out after 2 hours". How ridiculous is this?

Would NOT recommend
I ordered a hoodie for my son, thinking it would fit him fine. When it was delivered today, it was a lot smaller than expected and will not fit him. I would say their sizes in some of the items are not actually true to size. I tried to return or exchange the item and was told I couldn't. Their customer service is horrible. Would NOT recommend.

Easily the cheapest material used. Its paper thin and they wont take return. I am shocked they charge the price they do for such terrible quality apparel. STAY AWAY

Timely Correction of Size Discrepancy
Wrong size was sent. They immediately issued a replacement with no need to send the other shirt back. I could either keep or donate it.
Size and method of lettering/logo
I was concerned about the lettering on a cap which I wanted to buy to show support for my grandchildren’s high school teams. After all, isn’t the lettering/logo why one buys and wears the cap? So I emailed a few questions to Customer Service, and Greg Stewart responded quickly with an answer to each question.
I’ve received the cap, it’s quite nice and exactly as he described it.
